This is the legal section where we explain some of the important terms and conditions associated with buying our lenses online. This helps to ensure that everything runs smoothly and we maintain a close and fair relationship with our valued customers.

Your Prescription

This first one is very important. You must acknowledge by ticking the box in the checkout section, that you have a current and valid contact lens prescription that is is no more than two years old. We will not accept any responsibility if you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

You must make sure that all the information you provide us matches the prescription provided to you by your Eye care professional. You also acknowledge to follow your Eye care provider’s advice regarding the use, handling and wearing regime of the contact lenses prescribed.

You also agree to cease wearing your contact lenses immediately if your vision or appearance of your eyes change noticeably and if this happens you must contact your Eye Care Professional immediately.

Eye Examination Recommendation

For continuous and healthy wearing of contact lenses, we recommend to have your eyes checked every 12 months by an eye care professional.

Making a contract with us

Once you have made an order with us through our shopping cart, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. This means we have entered a contract together. We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods you order are not available, we will notify you promptly and either refund your full purchase amount or send you the goods within a designated time frame.

To place an order, add products that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. Please be sure to double check your order to make sure that you are ordering the appropriate and anticipated products. You will need to supply your delivery, billing and other relevant details and tick the box acknowledging you have read these terms and conditions. Once you have entered all the required information, you will be taken to a confirmation page and an email will be sent confirming your order.

Our lenses are not to be purchased for commercial use or on sold to anyone else in Australia or overseas. In the unfortunate event where we suspect this is the case, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order, even after payment has been taken. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe have been placed fraudulently, by our own judgement, even after we have accepted your payment.

You agree that does not carry any responsibility for a refusal or dispute regarding an insurance claim lodged by you for products purchased from us.

All prices listed on are in Australian Dollars. Please note that prices may alter from time to time. The price listed at the time of purchase will be the one accepted.

You are not authorised to access our website servers and you agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way. You also agree not to modify any content on this site and agree not to use this site in an unlawful manner.


Gelflex Online is designed to provide information to people shopping our products and making use of our services. This includes making purchases on our website and registering to our database to receive all of the latest news and promotions coming out of Gelflex.

We will endeavour to supply correct and accurate information at all times, however mistakes do occur. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which may result from the contents of this site. You are solely responsible for all actions taken on this site.

Product Descriptions

We will try our utmost to ensure that all images shown on the website represent as accurately as possible what our lenses look like. The colours you view online may vary depending on your monitor, therefore we do not warrant that the images shown are accurate, complete or reliable. If you are unhappy with the product, your sole option is to return the lenses in an unused condition.

The content of this site will be updated regularly and we reserve the right to change it at any time.

Changes to this Agreement

Please note that we reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions relate to your ordering process and conduct on this site, so it is your responsibility to regularly check for any changes which may affect you.

Wrong Product Delivered

If we send you the wrong product, please inform us within 30 days to be entitled to a full refund or exchange. The product must not be opened or damaged and will need to be in its original packaging. Please email to discuss your options.

Faulty Products

Our lenses undergo an extensive amount of testing throughout the manufacturing and packaging process. As they are a mass-produced product, we may encounter a fault with a small percentage of the products. If you think you have received a faulty product, please inform us straight away and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange, once we receive the product back from you. 

Simply email to enquire about returning the product for inspection.


Every morning, we fulfil orders from the previous day, then ship them out to you via Parcel Post (5-7 business days).

On occasion, delays may occur that are beyond our control, however we will do all we can to get the order out to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail which will also include tracking information.

At this point in time we are only able to send products to addresses in Australia. Please make sure they are a valid address so Australia Post can find you!
